eMail

emailMoney Saver Internet’s full service mailing program.
Do you require 2,500 additional web mail boxes; we have a customer who does. Your e-mail boxes will have forwarding address for incoming mail. For example: A letter to yourname@yourcompany.com will automatically arrive in your personal account – yourname@aol.com. Each user will have a choice of three different e-mail clients to use. After you log into your account, click on the client (software) that you like best. Try them all!

Each e-mail software package has it’s own personality. However they will all allow you to send and receive mail with your companies name as your e-mail address. You can think of these programs as having your own personal HotMail or Yahoo mail sites.

A SPAM box with filtering and an IMAP account are also included. You are welcomed to choose a Screen name and password you can remember. We don’t assign hard to remember passwords.

What is IMAP mail?

With an IMAP account, your incoming e-mail remains on your web site’s mail server until you delete it. You can read and manage your e-mail from different locations. Your In, Out, Sent, and Trash mailboxes, plus any mailboxes you create, are visible to you no matter what computer you use to access your mail account, and you can work with your messages as if they were stored on your computer. You will want to use an IMAP account to receive & read your e-mail at your web site.

You can control whether messages are stored on your local hard disk. For example, you can choose to download messages only when you read them, or download attachments only when you open a message. This can allow for better performance if you use a telephone modem to connect to the Internet.

What is POP mail?

If you have a POP e-mail account, messages sent to you are stored on Post Office Protocol (POP) servers at your Internet service provider until you connect and retrieve them. When you access your POP account e-mail, your messages are downloaded to your computer and removed from the mail server after you retrieve them.
